Cron Job - Talk Directories

The documentation says that we can setup a cron job for Auto Run Jobs. But if does not tell us what file to call and how often to call it.

Can anyone tell me what needs to be done?

Call it whenever you want it to be done.
yoursite.com/admin/jobs.php is the file.

Is the file jobs.php the one to call to update the stats too?

I have Advanced Link Stats installed. Should I setup /admin/als.php as a cron job too?

I dont think running the als.php file on its own would serve any benefits. It needs some valued past I think.

When a new site is added the advanced stats are not automatically updating. What is the suggested procedure to keep these stats updated that can be done automatically?
