Seriously... what the hell is going on at DP? Who actually moderates discussion there? Is it just a free for all now? Part of me hopes so, it could sure be fun not having to be politically correct. It just seems more degenerate with every post (myself included, but hey, isn't that why anarchy is fun?? )... Nick.. feel free to censor me if this out of line..  Or is someone actually moderating what happens? Thanks god for this place... Lance

They DO moderate it...but typically no one gets banned unless they do something crazy....like scam people or create dupe accounts. And even then, sometimes the mods won't ban the scammers. But for the general arguments that prevail there, it's VERY rare any punishment is dealt out.

hmmmm... does 'I don't think so. Tell your mommy to click on it first.' qualify as a reasonable post then? I am trying to contain myself be being polite before I get myself banned.. lol Nick? does stupidity get you banned here? or can I just run up my post count, so when this is a big time forum I can charge people for a sig advertisement? Or do I actually have to charge someone to make a .PSD and then disappear before I am punished?? Lance also, Nick... they edit feature doesn't work...  Quote:

Lance, something I've noticed over at DP. They have a TON of mods but none visit the Directories forums regularly. The only time you see them in a thread in the Directories forums is if someone "reports" it. All the mods tend to hangout in the Google forums or in the General Chat.

Thread closed. A note to future posters, don't create threads about other sites like TalkDirectories, you may reference your opinion, but I don't want a bashing party. Then we'd be just like everywhere else. Even if it's hard to hold back.
