Hello Everyone! Does anyone know what criteria Google uses to rank the Google Local results? Sometimes, it seems like the physical location is a big part of it, but sometimes it seems like location is not the most important factor. If you are search for "realtor new york city", how does Google decide which one should go first, given the city is huge? Honestly alot of people simply don't know how Google's Algorithm works. It's a very complex process and they keep it a well guarded secret. At best we can give you our thoughts of how it works, but it wont necessarily be right.

If you find the answer please share it with the rest of us  Kyle is right. It seems no one except Google themselves knows the real answer however there are plenty of theories out there and so called experts who claim to know.

well this is just a wild guess well when it comes to ranking it varies from what SEO company that you are working with or it varies to the sites.. even if you are competing with new york real estate sites the ranking work how good the SEO company that is working for your site and your competitor's site.. i hope you can get this..  | ||
