Awesome mod, pete. This is one of the most used PHPLD mod's out there.

The return on investment is 10 fold.

The ROI is great, providing it makes sales and is used correctly.

I noticed dirjournal added it, set high prices and didnt place it highly up the page. I think he failed to make a great deal of sales.

It perfect for directories who struggle with submissions and need an extra $150ish a month

Yeah thats another small addition to make the AD another great resource for advertisers. How well does it do in terms of revenue?

Although in context i agree with that statement, i would add that if a directory is struggling with submissions, then they they should not look at this mod as the cure.

Instead the owner would be best to understand what is causing the poor submission rate and spending money on addressing those issues over and above buying this mod as it would only act as a band aid to a cut that will keep bleeding.

Fix the problem then add the mod for enhanced and improved income on a broader scale.

Perhaps I phrased it wrong. Its a boost rather than a remedy.

People will use the daily listing for traffic. People often submit to directories for PageRank benefits, if your directory doesn't offer that then its useful.

Well mikey it has sold out the last few months - I don't really have it there for the revenue as the price for it is rediculously cheap considering the site traffic. The mod has paid for itself though.

I did not put it on there to generate additional submissions - I don't think that would work anyway. I can't say the mod itself has generated additional submissions, but it has allowed people to get exposure to more traffic and it is all about giving people options.

Bidding directories give people the option to gain additional exposure to traffic by bidding onto the front page so this mod also gives people the option to get there too. With this mod they just know the time they will remain there right up front rather than wondering if someone else will out bid them and knock them down.

Thats an excellent point. The automatic system in place is great for marketers looking to find high quality adverts for a reasonable price and time frame.

I am interested to buy this, however I wonder if this can bring any profits on my gaming directory.

The gaming market is very restricted, I wonder if it worths it.

It all depends on the type and amount of traffic your site gets. Would gaming website owners see any purpose in buying it on your site?
