That is good solid advise and I concur 100%.
To be effective, keywords in your title must also be reflected in the page content, the meta description tag and to a lesser extent, the keyword meta tag which is less important if not ignored by google but still used by other search engines. Where possible, place your keyword text closest to the top of the page. The higher up, the more effective it will be. Also try to use one of the keywords or keyword phrases in the page title tag in the h1 tag on that page. The bottom line, keywords and keyword phrases in the title by themselves is not enough. You need to back them up by using them in your description and keyword meta tags as well as within the content of the page. One last thing, avoid copying the exact same text you use in your meta tag description for the text you use on the page.
