Another good thing is to read as many blogs and posts on forums like this one as you can. Make sure that you understand the industry as much as possible. Of course it is a constant learning process, but at least try to understand the basics. Ask lots of questions. There are many reasons why many directory owners do some things a certain way. Getting started the wrong way can mean your directory will fail before it even gets started. How many directories do you see announced and then you never hear from them again? Lance
