Hello I have been working on my blog and I wanted to add a web directory. I'm not good at the technical parts but I wanted to ask if you could give me your advice. All the directories seem very much the same. For our girl club we would like to find something pretty at the same time. But first can you give me your advice on what software would be good to use?

I need:
Something that can be reviewed before they get in
SEO friendly
Display click thrus
A way to have the directory folders display a directory image
Display members banner (or allow me to insert a screen shot of their site)
Easy to change colors and style to fit in with my wordpress blog


We were also thinking about having a banner top list site. I dont know if there is any software out there that does both but any help that would be great.
