A designer takes time depends on design, how simple or gorgeous the design is. Coding take time 2/3 days. As my company is doing it. If you need PM me.

I can't tell you strict time frame I need for design(PHPLD), but it ranges from 4-10 days for PSD design.
Coding takes me 4-5 days but depending on playout can also take more.
Overall, I think 15 days is average time frame for PHPLD template.

I can code html and css in 1-3 hours depending on complexity.

Maybe I am really stupid to spend this much time on every phpld template, but I don't want to end work before I am happy with everything, even if client is happy in earlier stage.

I can not do any design at all, so that will take forever for me
But I can do the coding stuff, convert PSD -> HTML/CSS and script integration.

The time is depend on what scripts used and design complexity, also few other detail requirements like :
- Is full css tableless needed ?
- Is the layout fixed or fluid ?

For scripts that use less template files like phpld, esyndicat probably take 1 - 3 days. But for scripts that has so many template files like WSNLinks or IndexU, that will take a week or more.
