Well,
I have seriously been looking at getting into virtual real estate as the way I see it is that you can buy a house for 300000 euros and the return from rental would be approx 1000 a month (if you were lucky) where I see websites producing a couple of thousand a month going for 10 months revenue.
Will take the plunge one of these days and start building a portfolio of serious revenue producing sites. |
